For the price, it’s not bad at all. I had no issues with my room, everything was clean and kept up with. Rooms are a bit outdated but you really can’t complain when it’s a very fair priced room. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful, would stay here again.

This property is pretty good. The WiFi is hard to connect. The housekeeping is helpful, respectful,and kind. Plenty of parking. Our room is alright, it just has a few need to fix or mend items. Over all a 4 out of 5

Rooms dont look anything like the pictures. This place is run down addicts running around the parking lot. Along with drug sells in the parking lot. The rooms were disgusting with horrible smell.

I wish you could post pictures here . The mattress has springs popping out. The entire common areas was nasty, food, dog excrement and trash all over the parking lot. Inside the facility the smell of weed mixed with some air fresheners was disturbing and in my room the bathroom light was hanging from one screw . The closet door was about to fall off , there was a fist hole on the bathroom door and when I asked management if that was the premium room I had reserved and paid for!!! They said it is the only room available, take it or leave it. So I ended paying extra to stay in a room that was completely garbage. I have pictures to back up everything I said . And I know I’m falling short on the description!!! I will make sure I don’t make that mistake again.

I did not stay there. I canceled immediately because the qualify is nothing like what is pictured on Hotels.com the place was basically raggedy. It looked nothing like what was presented on the website.

Can’t check-in after 7pm and rude staff.

Checkin closes at 7pm! This website doesn’t do enough to alert customers about this CRUCIAL detail. I arrived at 9pm only to discover that I was charged for the room they already gave away! The night staff is outrageously rude. Appallingly so. Daytime is a bit better. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It will be worth the money, and that’s coming from someone who’s very cheap!

I would never lay my head down at this place. The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. I booked a 7 day stay and didn’t sleep there one night. Then was given the run around when trying to receive a refund. If you’re in dire need for somewhere to stay for a night or two then this could suffice. But definitely not a vacation.

Whatever you do, don't book a room at this dump. If you're 5 minutes late because your flight was delayed, they not only cancel your first night, but your entire stay. In my case 11 nights. Then they have a I don't give a damn attitude, claim every room has miraculously been booked in a few hours and tell you to get lost.

The manager Debbie is EXTREMELY RUDE/NASTY. Hotel needs a lot of work. Starting with management. Rooms are not throughly cleaned. Definitely recommend you do your own cleaning. Rooms are NOT AS PICTURED. So don’t expect it!!! But management has to be the BIGGEST DOWNFALL OF THE PLACE!!!!!

Theres no houskeeping. They dont change out your towels, no toilet paper, no fresh sheets for a week. Numerous fees they dont verbally explain at check in. I was told to sign 3 times on the card reader and got no explanation what it was for.
