“We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. “This place is a great place to stay. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having the water park right across the street and that we got to go every day of our stay! It was great room and I loved that I was able to cook breakfast for my family in the morning. Great and very cute little bungalow! “This property is beautiful! It’s less than 15 minutes from Lago Vista, which has a grocery store and food places, and is about 10 minutes from a beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The property is quiet and beautiful, and the owner was very helpful and kind with check in and questions during our stay. One thing to be sure you are aware of is that there is no running water, and the bathroom is a port-a-potty. This was fine with us, but we didn’t see this detail before arriving.
