「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which is a fundamental hygiene issue for any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom design was highly impractical. I cannot comprehend why a bathtub was placed in a corner outside the bathroom. 「We arrived late but check in staff were there to help and we were able to get to our room straight away, they were very helpful. All very clean, spacious and well maintained, the parking would have been a great option for us but we didn’t drive there. Great location right near the beach. 」

「Regret for joining the shuttle to sawgrass outlet. The shuttle service was highly recommended by the hotel staff (I don’t know if they have any relation!) It took me so much extra time to travel (as the bus had many pickups). Room is spacious and comfortable. But had a very strange odour. 」
