“We had an enjoyable and excellent stay here. Every staff is perfect and always with a smile. They are friendly and helpful including the room cleaner. I would like to thank you the staff, Radu, who served us absolutely perfect in the restaurant. I will recommend this exceptionally good hotel to anyone who will stay in Bath.”
"The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow.
This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
