“Staffs are Very nice”

“Staff are nice and helpful. Gym and pool is great.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel with all excellent facilities provided and professional staff. The room is clean and the breakfast is outstanding.”

“Nol”

“It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! The other thing that……

“Clean room with air conditioning, but disappointing breakfast, £5 parking fee for overnight guests.”

“Great staff lady on”

“A very cute place to stay. Staff weee extremely helpful during our stay.”

“Everything ok. Free parking included.”

“1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .”

“Lovely room. Nice breakfast.”

“Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place.”

“Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used”
