“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“LaToya was absolutely the worst host I've ever encountered. I have rented many homes, all over the Caribbean & the world & I have never had the problem I had here. Upon check-in we noticed how unusually warm the home was. I immediately reached out to LaToya to whom became defensive, argumentative and unwilling to properly resolve the issue. I say properly resolve because technicians attempted to "charge the AC unit". But it became obvious that the home needed a completely brand new unit however……

“This was a last minute trip and couldn’t have been easier or more beautiful. We’ve seen many beaches around the world and Dragon Cay and Mudgin Bay left us speechless. Snorkeling, swimming, walking/hiking, sleeping, lounging. Would have take advantage of paddle boards and kayaks but ran out of time. Cafe was delicious each bite. And we saw very few people which was charmed for us, not for people looking to tear up the nightlife or destroy the reef with jet skis. Marilyn, Demara, Jacqueson,……

“We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. To the left of the stairs is an outside faucet to rinse any sandy feet or beach clothes. We had a bit of an AC problem and reported……
