「This property was exactly as advertised. A wonderful place for our family to stay. We had five adults and we head room for probably a couple more if needed. The house sits a few feet from kite boarding beach on Long Beach and you can walk this beach or wade out into the shallow water. You can even see the water and beach from the pool. 「We have never stayed in a beach front home. This home was literally 30 steps to the ocean.Super clean accommodation’s with a salt water pool - a one of kind on the island. We walked to coffee and dinner and just short drive from the shops and stores. Another high light was the bonfire on the beach.」

「Amazing property! The pool area and large outside deck are just what you need to enjoy the beautiful Turks weather. Karen the host was the best, communicated before taking the property and when we arrived, made sure we were settled and was quick to answer any questions. The bbq and bar area were great for hanging out beside the pool. The property is tucked away and very private. The Villa is very secure with key pad entry to front gate and entrance to house. 「Such a cute place right on the beach. It is a little out of the way from town but we didn't mind at all! I would say you definitely need a car or golf cart, taxis are expensive and we probably went to and from town at least twice a day. Overall we loved it, we would definitely come back!」

「The Sunset Cottage provided a relaxing stay in Middle Caicos. The natural beauty was everywhere, i.e. sunsets, coastline. The Dragon Cay Resort offered a quiet, but adventure filled experience when you rent a car and explore the island. The cottage was quaint and perfect for a couple looking to unwind.」

The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! North Caicos is remote and requires a few extra steps to get there, but if the idea of being on the water, looking out on islands and sand with no one else in sight, appeals at all to you then this is an amazing place to stay.Alison was a fantastic host who was very prompt in responding to our questions. She has a deep and thorough knowledge of the island and gave great advice on places to see and local restaurants to try.I would give six stars if I had the option.」

「We stayed at Dragon Cay for a small get away. The villa is as described, “very clean”and has a nice screened in area with two loungers. The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. Kitchen has a full fridge, apartment size stove and was stocked with some coffee, sugar, cream and a gallon of water. 「The his house was amazing for its location and privacy. It was a perfect stay to relax and enjoy the nice surroundings. Beach was so close and the sound of the waves at night made our sleep so pleasant.I would jutst add that the house may need repairs and upgrades. Otherwise it was al perfect. 」

「This was a last minute trip and couldn’t have been easier or more beautiful. We’ve seen many beaches around the world and Dragon Cay and Mudgin Bay left us speechless. Snorkeling, swimming, walking/hiking, sleeping, lounging. Would have take advantage of paddle boards and kayaks but ran out of time. Cafe was delicious each bite.
