「Our room felt a little like we were staying in a Final Destination movie. The ceiling fan was hanging on by just two wires and looked like it could have come flying off the ceiling had we turned it on. There were also sharp, exposed wall anchors less than two feet above the head of the bed, and the deck railing was extremely loose and wobbly. Needless to say, the room could use some serious maintenance and safety updates. These weren’t just cosmetic issues, but genuine safety concerns. On a...

「Wood burning fire place was nice Water pressure in bathroom sink poor.」

「We stayed for 5 nights and loved the centralLocation. The host was very communicative and the space had everything we needed!」

「Great place to stay with our small children. The whole process was smooth and the place was very well maintained. Definitely recommend!」

「Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!」

「One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.」

「This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there,...

「Very spacious! I don’t usually trust the online photos, but these are accurate. The downstairs suite has a king bed and a bunk bed plus a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Only complaint was the bed was so comfy, it was hard to make ourselves get up in the morning! We had a great time & easily made a nice dinner with our extended family. Fireplaces and balcony were big pluses. Quiet & clean. Great decor & attention to detail.」

「Perfect.」

「Clean and comfortable. Host responded in a timely manner.Enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer.」

「This condo is an absolute gem! The location is an easy walk to downtown, only about 1/2 mile away. It's literally right next to the Fall River, where you can hear the water rushing by. Having dinner on the deck was a delight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, including decent knives. So many places provide cheap knives that are dull and practically unusable. THANK YOU! Our host, Trent, was great! He even reminded us about the requirement for timed...

「I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.」

「Feel for the price of what we paid need to modernize the location.... oven could barely hold a small pizza .... we had to move the TV to the other room for the kiddo at 1800 for 4 days these little details do make or break the overall experience of the trip. The good, the bed was comfortable and nice to come back to from a long day of hiking the park..... location is about 5 mins from down town .... amazing views at dawn and dusk where we would sit on the patio before starting the day or ending...

「This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase.」

「Amazing!!」

「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「Everything was as described. The condo was clean and neat and all the odds and ends were available for use (ie kitchen utensils, soap, ice, white goods, dvds, extra towels, coffee and coffee maker, etc.). Nice privacy, well lit, close to Estes Park, good views. I’d definitely recommend.」
