“This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend this property for families or……

“The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong……

“Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees.”

“I have stayed in many VRBOs and this owner and property take SUPER HOST to a new level. The Golden Foothills Suite was PERFECT. Communication was exceptional. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking was easy. The Suite is exceptionally well organized and equipped. It had everything one might need. The place is immaculately clean. Bed was new. Excellent mattress. Check in /check out process was seamless. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful, well laid out and functional. ……

“Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! ”

Crumbs on rug in living room.Dated curtains, 80’s gold bathroom fixtures with missing light bulbs. Dated kitchen appliances with refrigerator that never stops running very loud. Invest in some updated stuff!Smell when you enter hallway common area smells like strong bug killer.Would have been nice to be warned that roof was being worked on. Very loud and dropping……
