“We had such a wonderful experience here. The resort is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and truly an oasis of peace and calm. Our room was delightful and very clean, with a large comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and a lovely bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice. But the very best part of our stay was the people. Just before our arrival, our tuk-tuk was involved in an accident and needed repairs. “Leopard Trails is a fabulous rustic luxury camp in the beautiful Wilpattu Park. This was one of our favorite stays in all of Sri Lanka! The Naturalist guide who took us on safari was attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely great guy. Back at camp, the rooms were comfortable and the private dining candle lit dinners were magically romantic. I recommend the suite with the plunge pool, it was bliss after a hot and dusty drive on safari. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this special place! ”

“It's definitely not a luxury camping experience. The facility is not clean and food is so so. It's not worth for the money we spent. The most serious problem is getting contact with the camp. We want to do a full day safari and we tried all means to contact the hotel - email/phone/whatsapp/hotels.com link but there's no reply. We end up arranging safari through our driver. It's quite disappointing.”

“The AC in our first room wasn't functioning properly. We were moved to another room and that was great. The staff were all fantastic, the pool was beautiful in a great location which felt like you were in the jungle. Breakfast was excellent. Other meals all very good and tasty. ”
