“First I do want to say the host was very responsive! The house was not clean there was a broken window in the basement. I do think that should have said in the listing that the other couch and bathroom were in the basement! The bathroom floor in the basement was coming up. The house smelled very bad. The house is very cute it it was kept up on. We had issues with the place and addressed with the host and the host do respond and told us we could leave and they would understand. “We had a great stay in Pramod’s home! There were so many amenities available to us that normally rentals don’t have; little thoughtful things like hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and Kcups! There was even a hair dryer and shampoo. The appliances were updated and the property was so clean. It was -35 degrees during our stay so unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor fun, but there is a wonderful backyard and pool table and tiki bar in the……

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”
