"Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin on private Sunrise lake. We enjoyed floating on rafts, kayaking, dinners on the deck, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bunk room accommodated our large family well. The host was very responsive when we had questions even on the Fourth of July!"

"Dan is a great host, very accommodating. The cottage was very clean. It was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room on the dock for 2 bass boats, power within 100 feet of dock. Between the 4 of us we landed over 120 fish during our 3 night stay. All catch and release. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. Brian was there to meet us and do a walk though of the property and even helped us out with local places to go. He is a gem! Although it rained it was absolutely perfect. The yard gave our pups a place to run free but there was also cute areas to walk them all around the area. The views of the water are incredible. Just sad it was too cold to jump in... maybe next time. October was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing and breathe...

Would say only downside is that while there are beds for 10 people, the house is smaller than it appears in pictures and not sure it would be comfortable for that many, mostly in the common area. "When I read the other reviews I was hesitant to book but don’t let someone else’s opinion deter you! The place was cute and cozy and clean. We floated on the lake and had fires at night. The neighbors were so friendly! Our dog loved it too! I have already recommended this property to my cousin who is planning a trip to VT in October."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Inn in Killington, VT. Upon our arrival we were given a tour of the hotel and its amenities. We visited the hotel’s bar/distillery and used its pool. The drinks were high quality and the pool was relaxing and kept warm all day. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable! The outside patio area provided a beautiful backdrop for us to enjoy the continental breakfast. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Vermont."
