"A very beautiful hotel on the Montego Bay Hip Strip, close to the beach and many dining options. The lobby was pristine, spacious, and welcoming, and check-in was seamless. The staff were warm, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. My room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in calming neutral tones, exactly as pictured online. The bed was comfortable. Thoughtful touches included a kettle, mini fridge, luggage rack, air conditioning and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered the most spectacular sea views and was easily one of the highlights of my stay. Being located on the Hip Strip, there is some traffic noise, but after a day at the beach and a night in that wonderfully comfortable bed, I slept very well. Breakfast was included, although the options were limited. Guests must choose either the Jamaican or Continental breakfast and, apparently, the two shall never meet 😂! The portions were also quite small … so small that I would need to extend my stay for a few more mornings before I can deliver a truly comprehensive breakfast review 😂. I was equally amused and shocked when I discovered that even a juice refill was off the table 😂! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautifully maintained, and I absolutely loved the simplicity of the design and décor throughout the property. It will definitely be my go-to spot the next time I visit Montego Bay."

"The hotel stay was great with family. The food was great. Good activities for the kids - loved the bowling, water park and kids play area. Also loved the wide open spaces for the kids to be up and about. These were my sour points though: 1. The rooms and restaurants were very hot because the AC was not working during my stay. The heat without the AC also resulted in very moldy smell in the room and other parts of the hotel 2. The servers only come around about 3 times after which you don’t see them again 3. There was no were designated for changing a baby in any of the bathrooms. 4. The restaurant menus including the buffet didn’t have much children friendly options all the time. Total headache if you have picky eaters."

"This place is outdated. The ceiling was falling in everywhere. They barely had places open to eat throughout the day. It was to just ok food with cheap liquor. I expected more for what they cost compared to other all inclusive I have stayed at."

"Loved our stay at S Hotel! The room was basically perfect and staff was very helpful. We had one issue that occurred and they acted promptly to address it. Also, Montego Bay will always be special to me now because it’s where I got engaged. Though the proposal was not at the resort due to another booking, the staff at S Hotel helped my fiance extensively with finding an alternate location and the planning. Hopeful that we’ll be back!!!"
