「Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!」

「This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.」

「The apartment was perfectly as described and VERY generous on space. The building itself did have us a bit concerned- the hallways to the apartments left a little to be desired in the cleanliness department- but the unit itself was very clean. I feel it would also be helpful to point out that while the listing says parking is available, it is street parking only or a paid lot, not private parking for the building.Host was openly communicative in a timely manner with all necessary info for check...

「The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....
