"Staff is hateful! One evening about 7:30 pm we heard a huge argument right outside our room that was so loud we opened the door to discover it was two housekeepers almost fighting because one of them had to service the room across the hallway. We feared it was going to turn violent and reported the problem to the front desk. The entire description of the hotel indicated the hotel had been renovated, however everything they did was superficial, like they put lipstick on a pig! The pool area seemed nice, however there were not enough lounge chairs provided for the quantity of guests wanting to use the pool. Asked for a rolling cart at checkout and was told the 3 they had were in use, I responded that it was a hotel with 16 floors, how do they expect only 3 carts to service that many rooms. Expedia needs better information before marketing rooms at this location! "

"This was an okay place to stay for a night as we transitioned from a late night stay to our final destination. "

"This site did not match the advertised pictures and descriptions on Expedia at all. There were holes in the floor, soft drywall around outlets that were recessed made it unsafe to plug in to charge phones, furniture was falling to pieces and stained. Normal volume converstaions could be heard at 3 am by guests outside. Do not stay here. "
