「The are no opening windows in the room. The air conditioning system was uncontrollable. Without the ability to open the window, the room was extremely cold and completely uninhabitable.」

「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「非常好的周末休闲地。有诸多的休闲活动。服务非常好，早餐在英国酒店里算是不错了，至少有水果。这是第二次住了，下次到Grantham还会再选择这个酒店。」

「The location is excellent - so close to the castle and cathedral. There are two very good real ale pubs just down the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. We were lucky enough to get free parking the whole of the week. The weather was hot, so air-conditioning would have been nice, although its a listed building so probably a challenge.」
