“I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the price and location of where I needed to be. The only staff member to ever smile was a maintenance man. All three check-ins I had three different people, none of them friendly at all nor smiled or offered any sort of help even when asked. Towels/washcloths are dingy/brown, cleanliness a 2, hairs and smears of who knows what in sink and headboard of bed, floors leave your feet/socks filthy, asked front desk for extra pillows and she said she didn’t……

“Clean, fresh room and hotel. The extra space with the couch was nice - gave us more room to relax. We were in town for a volleyball tournament in downtown Knoxville. Convenient location if you don't mind a 10-15 drive. Only one elevator so if lots of people are leaving at the same time that could be an issue.”

“All facilities were clean and kept up. Robyn at the desk was great, very friendly and helpful.”

“El desayuno está delicioso y el gimnasio está en buenas condiciones hay toallas y agua y las máquinas nuevas, me gustó la ubicación fácil para entrar al Highway. También las camas están cómodas para dormir y me gustó la regla que todos deben estar callados después de las 9 de la noche.”
