“Thoroughly enjoyable. Staff were very helpful. Would have given it 5 stars but the room service was terrible on the second night - cold and inedible. Missing items, received items we didn't order. Expected better at the Ritz.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Keva’s home, a 5 star experience! The unit was close to all basic services and recreational activities. Well-provisioned for cooking and comfortable too. Communication was excellent, the host responded quickly to all messages and provided clear instructions. Keva unexpectedly offered to set up a Christmas tree for us for decorating during our stay over the holiday, we were delighted! ”

“I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is……
