"Our room was great, the hotel is beautiful, and in a great location.
However, we had an issue with the bathroom. It stank! We had to keep the door closed so it wouldn't stink up the entire room. I contacted customer service at the text number they sent, and they gave me an email address to send my concern to. I never got a response, and no one ever fixed the issue. A housekeeper was in the room each day, and obviously, they did not alert maintenance either.
We had dinner the first night at teh restaurant and had terrible service. The server forgot our appetizers, two bowls of soup. Then, when dinner arrived, and I mentioned she forgot the soup, she returned with one and no spoon."
