「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Although the room was different than the one in the photo which I received, I was still pleased with the stay. It was very clean and the room was already nice and cool. Check-in was very easy. Check-out was as well, although, getting into the app did not always work after check-out. Still trying to retrieve my receipt. I would definitely recommend staying here.」
