「Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. There was also an issue with temperature - room was extremely cold and manager suggested to provide us with a heater. However, we didn’t take this option and drove back home. We...

「Large rooms, clean - very well designed - clean, fully renovated - wonderful renovation. Lots of staff - so very attentive. Great place - will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Pool is big enough....BUT....important to get your towel down before 9 to have a seat - was not over crowded at all (and it was July 4th weekend) - but it could potentially get crowded.....so just a tip.」

「The property was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean. The problem was with the TV. It stopped working and even though I was told they have 24/7 service to fix it, after 13 hours waiting, nobody came to fix it. Also, tried calling the front desk from outside the hotel and no one answered. Tried multiple times from my room and no one answered. You can't claim to be a 4 star hotel and provide no service to your guests. 」

「Property was great and centrally located in the north fork which made it easy to explore. We went with our teenage daughter and stayed in the boardwalk suite which was spacious and well equipped. Would have liked on-site amenities such as a fitness facility and beach or pool area. The staff was amazing though and provided beach pass and recommendations to local beaches.」

「The recently remodeled rooms and bathrooms were excellent with high quality towels and bathroom products. The window air conditioners also worked extremely well on hot, humid days.」
