Resort is great. House is fine but a bit beat up and bare bones. Fine space to use to use as a home base but multiple broken or worn down appliances and furniture. Very minimal things (no salt / pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, etc..). Bedrooms are good though.No wifi for the entire stay which apparently was an issue with the previous guest which they never fixed. Main issue is the customer service. Too automated and inconvenient. Would not process early check in until day of despite the fact there was no one booked in the unit the day before. Then after paying for early check in they were late delivering the code. Same thing with check out - despite no one being booked for the next day never responded to texts or emails about early check out until way too late to take advantage of it. Cleaners didn’t come till after the late checkout time anyways. Easy to fix but overall very inconvenient for our stay.
