Thomas Beach Vacations
Thomas Beach vacations answering service staff was very unprofessional. Breanna was very rude and was not considerate of the concerns we had. We reported a leak in the property and we never heard back from the office. We ended up meeting the owner of the property and she told us what to do. She was very professional and cared for our safety. I will gladly rent from the owner again but never through Thomas Beach Vacations.

Happy Beach
It's a nice place in a quiet neighborhood . There wasn't any issues with the house that weren't going understandable. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and all processes went smooth so good job.

Good overall
When we got to the house it was 78 degrees inside so we had to wait for it to cool down and were sweating profusely carrying in our things. The stairs are pretty steep going up to the property so beware. The toilet downstairs was leaking after a few flushes. There was dirt and dust on the floor and no electrical outlet cover on one of the outlets in the kitchen- not safe for children. We went to the beach one day and came back and one had been put on, which was obviously good but we were not notified that anyone was coming in the house so it made us a little uneasy. What if we had been in the shower or something? Otherwise the house is in a great location and worked well for our needs. Thank you!
