Great family getaway

The property is large and very clean. In a great neighborhood with a pool just around the corner and access a larger pool at barefoot resort. All bedrooms have a TV. A little farther from the beach than we're used to but it's so affordable we would stay here again.

Great property, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this property. We were there for the week of Christmas. The property is very spacious and clean. Centrally located, so you are no more than a 10-15 min ride to all the main attractions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Which was a plus because we cooked alot for the holiday. We had a small problem with the freezer when we first arrived. Tracy was on it immediately. She's great, the repairman was there about 10 mins after I talked to her. He was friendly and efficient as well. We would highly recommend this property. We will be back to fully take advantage of all the great things the property offers in the summer.

Bumpy ride but overall enjoyable

Cons: unit was not ready at check in time. I find it ironic since they charge $100 for late checkout. Shouldn’t they offer the same credit for late check in. Upon arrival to the unit, we waited over 30 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish up, causing a rush job. The keys took some jiggling to work for entry. The neighbors had a dog barking loudly for most of our stay. We were blamed for having this dog and a man came by to “check”. There were quite a few bugs, even one on my pillow (glad I was up late that night and not asleep). The hike could use a good extermination. All the dishes we took out to use were dirty. We cleaned all we used by hand. We didn’t want to use the dishwasher in case there were unknown issues. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom only ran at low speed and is needed because the room is off the patio and difficult to cool. The ceiling lights also didn’t work in that room. There also was no accessible closet in this room. The upstairs’ bedroom at the front of the house had a blood stained mattress pad. It took about 24 hours to get it replaced, not for lack of calling about it. There were no supplies like batteries in three living room remote controls, extra toilet paper, paper towels, nor food seasonings. Pros: Home was as described. There were beach towels and beach chairs available. There were grills to choose from. The home was clean overall. There were plenty of cookware, dishes, and cutlery. There were tvs with either cable or apps to watch.

Beautiful and affordable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this property! The pool is walking distance of a couple minutes and the beach was a 6 minute drive. Only drawback was finding parking and you have to pay hourly every time you go. The garage has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. I suggest taking a wagon with sand wheels to put everything in for the short walk from parking. The bed/bath layout is perfect for 8 adults!very spacious so everyone had their privacy. Very convenient to everything shopping or dining also!
