We had a wonderful stay at The Landshark. It was perfect for our multi-generational family beach trip. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. We will be back!

Property is well located and great deck and pool. Inside is fairly dirty, clearly well worn, beds and bedding are old, and overall unclean.

Landshark

The house gave us, 7 couples, plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the air conditioner going out, but called management and a service person was sent out that night. The kitchen was well stocked. Outside grill was in good shape. Pool was wonderful. The elevator helped tremendously for getting luggage and groceries up. I just had 2 issues though, the towels/washcloths were course and there weren't any hand towels. The bedding was wrapped in plastic, and it was difficult to determine which were king size from the queen size. Some kind of marking would have been nice. Also very glad we brought extra toilet paper, because most bathrooms just had a bit left on a roll. Overall very nice location, plenty of parking spaces, and easy access to the beach.

The Land Shark has been the best beach house we’ve rented in many years. It met all our needs and expectations. Hope to return someday soon. The beach erosion was quite a disappointment but that can’t be helped. The beautiful weather made up for the beach issue. The reduced price was the final deciding factor for coming this week making it possible for younger couples to join us. . We Sincerely appreciate your beautiful Land Shark beach house

Enjoyed our time at Landshark with 3 of our 4 grown children and 9 of our 13 grandchildren. They swam in the pool and the ocean, flew kites, found shells and so much more. As seniors we enjoyed watching them and the beautiful scenery. We rented a reclining lift chair for my husband to use so he could sleep comfortably too. In the future you might want to consider installing grab bars in a few of the showers to help with balancing in the shower. Thank you for maintaining a nice vacation property.

Landshark beach house

Suggestion: For families renting with small children, it would be nice to have a gate at the top of the stairs on the back deck. It would be more enjoyable for the adults!

This was definitely my favorite place to stay in. We have been coming to the beach for over 15 years for Christmas and we try to come adleast a couple more times throughout the year, but Landshark was the best. It had everything that we needed. The only thing I would change is the dinning room chairs. We had a couple elderly people and the chairs didn’t work for them and we couldn’t find a can opener, but we made it work. I wasn’t for sure about this Christmas being that we lost our mom a few months ago, but believe it or not this house made Christmas better than I thought it was going to be. Thank you to the owners. We will definitely be back sometime next year.

great place and even a better location

Overall the place was wonderful great pool very close to the beach big rooms big kitchen. The only problem we had was when we showed up the place was very dirty but that was corrected also one of the refrigerators did not make ice and another refrigerator was leaking neither that were fixed. I will be staying here again but I will be making sure that the appliances that are listed in the renters agreement are working properly especially since this property is considered a luxury Oceanfront rental. But overall the place was wonderful we had a great week special being able to be outside have drinks and enjoy the sunset.

LandShark Vacay

This property has plenty of room, a spacious kitchen, and great views of the ocean. The pool is easily accessible for those who don’t won’t to get sandy. Only drawback is the lack of adequate seating for the living room area. The elevator is a big plus, as are the decks. Great visit.

Family reunion

I and seven of my siblings with spouses stayed at Landshark during March, 2019. The house is large and comfortable, and the elevator is a real plus to get to the higher floors with luggage, especially for our group of older retired folk. There is a spacious kitchen with two large refrigerators, ample range, dishwasher, a large table that seats 14 comfortably, and plenty of chairs. The deck outside provides a perfect view of the ocean, and there is a walkway that provides direct access to the beach. Nearly all the bedrooms have a bathroom within it; our group was small enough for each couple to have their own bed and bath. Downside: no paper goods are provided so be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues, and napkins. Each room received one very small bar of soap, one very small conditioning shampoo, and one very small lotion. Some of our older members said it would have been nice to have a grab bar in the showers.
