Lemon Tree South

Lemon Tree South should be condemned. The ceilings throughout had water damage. The inside and outside were filthy.

Could use a deep clean

The location was perfect. But the house was not in the best way. Ants crawling in kitchen cabinets, mold growing near baseboards, dust so thick on baseboards and light fixtures that you can't wipe it off, dirty dishes placed in kitchen cabinets. The screen door to the deck is ripped and super-hard to open since the track is filled with filt. The same applies to the sliding glass door. We loved the location. But we would never recommend this house.

Family Christmas

Loved our trip. The rental unit was okay. The unit is dated and you can tell is has been used quite frequently. Beds need updating. TVs were in each room -- however in one bedroom, the plug was not long enough to plug in the outlet (mounted on wall) and in one bedroom, the tv was plugged in, but could not get any channels or access to even stream. On 2 days, there was a loss of hot water after only 1 or 2 showers. After about 15-20 minutes the hot water was okay for the remaining 5 to shower. On the other 5 days, all 7 could shower without any issues. All in all, it was an okay unit. However, for the price per night and having to rent our own linens, we have stayed in nicer accommodations.

Pictures are deceiving

I don’t know the last time this place was cleaned. You walk in and it smells musty. Go up the steps and the dirt on the baseboards and air vents super thick. The master bathroom shower floor moldy. Wore shower shoes because I didn’t want to contract anything. Kitchen refrigerator side looked like a jar of spaghetti sauce exploded but it was dirt and whatever. I know the difference between cockroaches and palmetto bugs and there were 3 in the bathroom and one in the kitchen that I killed. Little ants in the kitchen. Dining room table dirty. Kitchen floor missing tiles. Master bed squeaked every time you moved in bed. Only thing good about this house was location and deck. The back door doesn’t even lock. You had to use the wood pole and put in the track. This place needs a huge deep clean!!! Disgustingly dirty. Internet and Tv were out entire week. Called property mgmt and they fixed it on the last day we were there.
