“The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril.”

“This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. ”

“The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully……

The apartment is fully furnished, and Beverly was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with.The unit is very dated and not modern. Furniture is old and worn, with a noticeable musty smell. There is no air conditioning—only fans—which was uncomfortable. The bathtub was very old and looked unclean, the TV did not work properly, and lighting was dim with no overhead lights, lamps only.
