“Great location friendly staff and generally clean room but they didn’t change the bedding at all during our 3 nights stay. I dropped the alarm on the floor but it’s been in the same location all 3 days so no one’s even doing the proper cleaning ”

“We thought that we received excellent value for money. Used as a gateway for overseas travel; shuttle service was excellent, secure vehicle parking, nice quiet rooms which had a great bathroom, comfortable bed and was nice and clean. It was actually much better than we expected.”

“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”
