“Home was very nice but the layout was something that had an impact on our stay. Kitchen was small, so for a family, it was a bit challenging to maneuver around when we were all in the room. As far as layout, here are three key things that would've been helpful for us to know before we booked: (1) the living room was upstairs and the stairs were "older" stairs that weren't as deep as traditional stairs. “The photos on this unit do not do it justice. I was so happy to walk in and see that the unit was better than the pictures that were posted. “Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved……
