“The unit was not clean and when we tried to bring it to Matt’s attention he blamed us even though we started taking pictures and documentation 20 mins after we arrived. The AC did not work in the living room or the master bedroom. He offered to send someone out but got offended when we asked for a later tike. Then he stopped responding to is and VRBO for 4 days straight. The whole time we had no AC. There was a terrible sewage smell and issue that we were not notified about but we saw signs at……

“Solid place in Christiansted. Was very easy to walk all around town and felt the place had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay”

“Beautiful view, convenient location, and safe and quiet area! ”

“Being met at the airport was just the start of a most fantastic vacation! Roy and Bonnie have created a five-star experience with all the comforts of home-from-home. Peace and tranquility, surrounded by lush rainforest and yet with easy access to Centerline, made this a truly great way to get the best out of St Croix. Up-to-date appliances, including washer/dryer and reliable wifi, all added up to a superb experience.”

“It was a nice and quaint location in an historic building steps from the Christiansted boardwalk. Communication from the host was prompt. It did have a slight smell that maybe was due to the age of the building? There was a dehumidifier supplied which we ran throughout our stay that seemed to help somewhat. The unit was clean and well kept. The grounds were lovely and also well kept. My wife and I would recommend this unit and host. ”

“Clean place, spacious, incredible view of the sea. The breezes from the sea blow right through the unit allowing you to keep windows open and enjoy the cool sea breeze during the day. Love the proximity to the downtown Christiansted area and the general location. Laundry is super close and convenient for being external to the actual unit. ”

“Sandra's property was clean, with a very comfortable bed, conviently located and had lots of ammnenities. Sandra is very friendly and accomodating. I will be back!”

“Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,……
