The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. "Perfect little home base for activities and food in Indy! Clean and updated and off street parking is a plus! Within walking distance to Fountain Square and a quick drive to other activities. Would suggest Core's Cottage to anyone who is looking for a cozy place to stay!"
