"The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

"attended a Michigan basketball game (GO BLUE) with my son, and we stayed at the Ironworks Hotel with two rooms... We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Emily and Terri were both exceptionally kind and accommodating... Emily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even making sure my room was in a quiet corner... Terri was also wonderfully polite, friendly...l highly recommend this hotel, it was spotless, comfortable, and Emily and Terri truly made our stay Wonderful…"

" Avoid This Hotel – Failures at Every Step Rating: 1/5 Stars The service here is nonexistent. It started before I even booked: I called three times to ask about rates, and customer service hung up on me every single time. It only got worse from there: • The Shuttle: I waited 90 minutes at the airport. I called the front desk four times, and though they kept claiming the driver was "on the way," I was left stranded for an hour and a half. • Housekeeping: Despite four separate requests on my first day, no one ever showed up to clean the room. • Maintenance: The TV was broken. A repairman "fixed" it, but it stopped working again by the very next morning. They are quick to give excuses over the phone but fail to actually provide the services promised. Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere."

"The room was clean and well kept, staff was great and the pool and hot tub were great with the kids. They did have a gym that looked like a nice hotel gym as well. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel that was free as well. Location was great as well. Highly recommend. "
