「The room was okay」

「Need better breakfast everyone always gives pancakes if we had better breakfast we would of stayed longer and the sun is very hotel a cover over the pool to counteract that would be great to use all day but it’s hot couldn’t get in til 6 pm and on. The room needs to be requested to have the ac on also when you get there it doesn’t feel good coming from all that heat to have to wait for your room to get cold that’s what reservations are for it meant we were coming I wanted a cold room.」

「I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,...
