"The staff were very friendly and greeted all who walked in. Check in was quick and simple. I didn’t know about the additional fee for parking, but it wasn’t a big issue to me. I did appreciate that there was security on staff towards the evening ensuring that the parking passes were valid. The room was very clean & breakfast in the morning was very good. This was our second experience staying here, so we will definitely be back to stay again."

"The Perfect spot downtown I believe. Beautiful hotel, rooms are a little dated but that’s what makes the experience very cool. Since it is one of the oldest hotels in Texas. Our kids loved the pool as well. The bar was awesome. No ghost sightings but we will be back! Lol"

"This was a wonderful and lovely hotel that surpassed my expectations. Excellent room service, great rooftop bar with an incredible view, awesome pool space, nice and spacious convention center space, and I loved how when you drove up, there are people to assist you getting in and out of the vehicle. There are shops nearby as well within walking distance. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is in walking distance to the Alamo and, Alamo plaza, and nearby shopping, and riverwalk. This was our second time staying at this location for an annual event nearby. The hotel works for our growing family and offered reasonably priced upgrades (upon availability of course). While some of the things that occurred were out of our control and the hotels (mostly outside noises), we enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay again in the future. "

"Floors in the room were very dirty. Within 30 minutes of being out of shower, my feet were black. I had to wash my feet before retiring each evening. Plenty of entertainment, food and sites within walking distance. Big negative was $39 A DAY to park onsite in attached garage. Pay to park was mentioned NO WHERE. I would have parked on the street had I of known."

"came to celebrate our anniversary. Love this hotel and its location, bars and restaurants. It's location on the riverwalk is perfect for walking to anything you need. The staff is extremely nice and give great customer service. The room we had this time had a bad old mattress and the pillows were terrible. Hope to have a better experience next time."
