「Stayed two nights, everyone was very polite clocking in and out. They offered to clean the rooms, which was very nice but none was needed. I liked it was by the air port my kid loved the planes. A couple next door was playing loud music but it was soad so at least it was enjoyable. Other than that completely enjoyed my stay 👍 will book again 」

「Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

「We needed a cheap get away with a pool. And this place was spot on. Room was clean bed was comfortable (and the pillows too!) It was pretty quiet even with being next to the train tracks and highway. The manager was very kind and helpful. Definitely a go to for us for now on 」

「We didn't have breakfast on the property. which is why we didn't rate it. However, we did get an upgrade on our room for no extra charge! Sweet! When there was a problem with the toilet, it was taken care of promptly. When we needed clean towels, we got them immediately. Tina and Israel were so nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely remember this motel next time we're in San Antonio. 」

"The location is excellent, right in the center of the Riverwalk, which is very convenient, but the service was terrible. I booked a room with two beds, but they gave me a room with only one king-size bed. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night, the water pressure was extremely low, making it almost impossible to shower. We reported the issue to customer service the next day, but the repair attempt was ineffective. We reported the problem again that evening, and only after making three phone calls after midnight did they finally address the issue. Although the water pressure improved slightly, it was still not satisfactory. We requested to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full, even though I clearly saw many available rooms on their online platform. I am a loyal Hyatt customer, and this experience was truly disappointing!"
