The lady who was on duty at the time of check-in was not pleasant in the least and honestly, she seemed like she hated her job. “This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved.”
