“The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The check-in staff was great. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was not working and smelled bad.”

First she was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother so I moved the eggs towards the front of the tray as I couldn’t reach it with the serving utensil. She yells at me and says, “you could’ve ask me to move it, don’t touch”. I left it alone and kept moving. “Breakfast is good. Hot breakfast. The staff prepare breakfast is very sincere and asked us if everything is ok. Good free parking space. The best part is the mattress. It’s firm and comfy. ”

“Pack your own sheets... you might need them. We had barely checked into our room before we noticed black hair all over the floors and bathroom, making it pretty obvious the room hadn't been vacuumed well in who knows how long. Then, when I tucked my 7-year-old into bed, I found a bloody Band-Aid hidden under the blankets. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder if the sheets and blankets were even changed between guests. The staff who helped us were incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible,……
