“It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience.
The room was super small, and the lunch was also bad, had a very bad thanks giving experience there. Will never……

“I booked this on a whim as a one night stop back out of PHX. I am so mad! I should have stayed a few nights. What a neat place. A little out of the way but so worth it. I want to go back and relax here for a few nights. We stayed in the 2 room cabin right on the stream. I wish I could sit there for a few mornings. We had a slight issue with the smell in the cabin ( no fault of the place) and they immediately fixed it for us. Spacious and super clean and comfy.
Can't wait to go back. ”
