"Nikki was outstanding. Her confident and friendly demeanor and efficient customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. I have to say while we were very satisfied with our stay our experience with Nikki is why I am taking the time to leave this review . Great place to stay . Thoroughly enjoyed it's more off pier private section of beachfront. Loved the balcony facing the beach .beach was clean not over crowded and the hot tub and pool were as well . Every staff member we encountered was absolutely 10/10 friendly helpful inviting and informative . We will be back. Hope the staff is recognized for their diligent work ethic. It really is a nod to the entire establishment to have such a reliable team . "

"Try elsewhere… we were really disappointed with the Jax beach location after staying at the one in fort Myers. They do not offer a sit down breakfast, only grab and go that has an extremely long line every morning with frustrated workers. We watched one burn herself on the oven and then cut herself. They ran out of ice, pizza crust, and their frozen drink machine was out of service. Housekeeping was hit or miss if they visited your room they didn’t always replace your towels, but they would take the ones you had. The pool is tiny. They only offer valet parking for an absurd price. All in all it’s not worth your $ or time. "

"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."

"Pulling into the property you can see it’s very run down. After checking in we found our room hand dirty floors bathroom and all the bedding had stains of bodily fluids. The staff was irritated that I wasn’t willing to stay in that room and offered another the next room had the same dirty sheets and unclean floors and bathroom . We needed up turning our keys in and left to find another hotel down the road. The property is nothing like advertised. "

"The room was clean, although a little dated. Water temp in the shower was inconsistent - at times perfectly heated, other times, lukewarm. The view of the Gulf was perfect. The pool was nice, but it took awhile to get towels restocked - we requested and were told they were in the dryer. It was about 1.5 wait to get them. The hotel is not really close to dining, but the pool bar/grill was a great amenity. We walked about one mile to get to the Boardwalk which had a lot of dining options. We used Uber/Lyft to get around and had no problems. The breakfast restaurant was nice and sandwiches/donuts were good. Would like some healthy options (oatmeal/fruit). "
