Northern Illinois Spa Hotel

"Everything was great except we chose this location because my sister wanted to have a glass of wine in the restaurant the night we got in as it had a restaurant/bar that no other location had. We paid more for this hotel for that reason and it was closed on Mondays which was the night we stayed there. That’s the only reason for the 4 rating instead of the 5. "

"Room was spacious, walkin shower was nice with good water pressure but it did take time to adjust hot water. Very quiet on our 2nd floor room. Mattress could be improved as it was a spring type and not very comfortable. Even though smoking allowed in casino, the ventilation system in my opinion worked well, as I didn't leave feeling or smelling like I had been around smoking persons. Buffet was decent, though high priced. Selections were plentiful. "
