"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they helped us arrange for both airport transfers and Halong Bay day tour. Also, it is located adjacent to the main street, hence it doesn't get rowdy and noisy at night. Quiet enough to get a peaceful night sleep."

"It's a very well-appointed hotel right in the middle of the old quarter, which is convenient to everything. The rooftop bar and pool are delightful, and the staff was beyond helpful. They were just so kind and accommodating to us and really made us feel like special guests. I highly recommend it."

"Amazing staff and service! I feel almost bad saying it because the location and staff are so great, although the rooms are very clean they are a little small and bit dated. If you need space choose a room category that is larger. Would I stay here again? Definitely!"

"This property is next-level. From its history to its level of service, you are treated splendidly from arrival to check-out. An example: They noticed a wheel on my luggage that had started giving me problems and proactively asked if they could send it out to a local shop for a quick overnight fix that was very cheap and all arranged by them. My room was stunning and you should check out the free history tour of the bomb shelter adjacent to the pool. You must also try the Charlie Chaplin martini! Staff person Claire was so helpful and friendly getting me situated in my room and their traditional uniforms are so lovely. Also, opt for the breakfast bar at Spice Garden. It is so delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented!"

"The hotel is situated in the heart of old town Hanoi. The room we had was well laid out and spacious. The roof top pool was a blessing to cool off in after the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa area; steam room, sauna had an extra charge, which was a shame. The rooms were a little noisy due to the proximity of the city traffic, but overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel if staying in old town Hanoi."
