「A friend and I were in town for a conference and the place was perfect. Obtaining the keys was an interesting but fun process. It was like a treasure hunt. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, coffee, great area. Thank you for a great stay!」

「This cozy garden apartment is the perfect spot for a visit to the VA/DC area. It’s a few minute walk from both the metro and the bus.Clean and cozy! I have never stayed in a place that was so well-appointed! The host had thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable! 」

「They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. 」

「It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.」
