The bed was hard, no coffee maker in room, bath towel was stained, bathroom door frame showed signs of water damage and substandard repair, and no hot water.
All that being said it served my purpose for a one night stay on an expensive University of Alabama weekend.

Trash on floor. TV did not work. Bathtub had mold growing in it. Bed mad a popping sound every time you were on it.

Granted, it is an older property, but it is also very budget friendly. The room was quite spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Definitely worth taking a look at if you were budget conscious and just want something that is clean and in a good location. Front desk service was very congenial with our late check in. Friendly staff.
The room was nasty, towel in floor to catch water from leaky faucet, the handle to the shower came off in my hand, there was something smeared on the walls, half done wall repairs & furniture/bedding was something out of the 90sz

The only problem I had was that the people who seem to be residents long term, turn the area we were staying in into a night club!!! They were intoxicated and loud!!
