“This is as small property with a laid back vibe. Not your typical all inclusive resort. It is an older property and dated but that is what gives it charm. The only complaint is the small shower, but we knew about that prior to our visit. No biggie! Rooms are very clean! The staff are great and the food is hands down the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. It is not gourmet, but good food done well! No buffets here! Make sure you meet Big Dog at Iggies. “The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? Housekeeping only comes every other day and, so, technically, only came once during our 5 day stay and didn't……

“Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of……
