"I haven’t been here in over 16 years and I still love this place. One thing that needs to be worked on is the access to the pool, and spa. By now, I would have hoped that there’s an underground or underpass so that you don’t have to walk in the cold from the pool back to the towers. "

"El desayuno de este lugar me encanto esta fenomenal empezando por los omelet, los bagels, el cafe, la fruta y mucha mas cosas la verdad me salvo el gasto del desayuno de mi familia por afuera bien me pudiera ver gastado unos $80.00 o mas afuera en un restaurante pero me los ahorre para hirme a gastarlos a Chicago outlets que estan ahi cercas a un lado ☺️"

"Overall we had a good time. Pictures definitely made it seem more glamorous. Our bedding had holes in it and breakfast was less than desirable but as a family we had a good time"
