「Our family really loved the house and property. It was an excellent basecamp for surrounding hiking excursions. The property itself with the open floor plan, prairie trail, pond and fire pit really let us melt away hours in the evening as our legs recovered from hiking. The house a great feeling of privacy and safety so the kids could run around outside and quiet prairie walks could recharge the mind. The house itself had modern amenities, and was easy to manage. 「Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. 」

「Very nice stay and all the amenities were there that we needed. Quiet and clean.」

「The property was great! Inside was very clean, every kitchen item you need, comfortable beds, great location! My family and I really enjoyed.」

With the suggestion that a convenience store is nearby.. Other than that, it worked...

「Great location, clean and responsive host!」

「The furnishings to use were nice. Towels pans flatware and dishes were things you like to use and new. Some times the rentals are full of old and nasty castoffs that should be replaced. Not here, class act.Good job! I would recommend a pleasant and peaceful stay to anyone. GM.」

「It was great! My main criteria is that the place match the description and pictures, and this absolutely did. Clean and modernized, it was a wonderful stay.」

「This home was GORGEOUS! It is enormous and has everything we needed for a welcoming stay. The property grounds are stunning and peaceful. Lots of cute little chipmunks in the yard, horses to look at in the distance and impeccable taste in decor.」
