「The building from a distance looks nice and promising. Big old building in the middle of town. Then you get close and see everything peeling and falling apart. The check in and staff are very nice. They care. They try and help. However, you canthelp that everything is falling apart. One janky elevator only works. The hallways smell like cigarettes. The rooms smell moldy and dank. 「The property was absolutely uncapped. The carpet in the rooms was absolutely filthy. The amenities were very cheap. If you’re gonna charge a price like you charged, you need to have basic good quality items」

「It was very easy to check in and self explanatory. They will send you a link to upload your ID and choose a method for incidental damages. I chose the $250 refundable method and provided a credit card. You have the option to pay $50 for parking but honestly, the parking garage is a block away and it's $25 overnight. 「Breakfast was nice with it being delivered evey morning. Wish there was more of a variety for thr options or at least have an actual continental breakfast option. We did request extra pillows on our e-check in and reminded them of it when we got there. We never recieved those extra pillows. We did love that the last hour of the pool being open was adult only! The staff was nice and helpful.」
