「Es sind in Siem Reap derzeit wenige Touristen, daher waren nur die Villen dieses Hotels geöffnet. Die Villen, wir hatten Khmer-Villas, sind einzigartig schön, mit eigenem Pool und fantastisch eingerichtet. Ruhig, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück - sehr zu empfehlen ! 」

「Although the service was very good but the room and the overall hotel is kind of old. The bathroom has a lot of mold and stings. The air-condition has an old smell when every time to turn on. I don't think I can go back to this hotel. The rooms don't have sound prove and very noisy everywhere. Also has a lot of big group tour staying such as from China & S. Korea. 」

「I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this hotel treat every customer as a special guest, they welcoming me with a brunch of very beautiful lotus flower they tidy up the room in the evening as well as in the morning so I can just relax myself in...
