“我們是乘夜巴從金邊到酒店的，早上六時多就到達了，酒店很好在八時多讓我們提早check-in 了。年紀較大看起來像老闆的男人比較友善會跟我們打招呼外，其他的員工服務也是一般，問他們附近有甚麼餐廳推薦只回我everywhere 都是餐廳，但其實並沒有。事實是酒店附近都蠻荒涼的，距離鬧區起碼要走個十分鐘以上，但日間走是曝曬，晚上走則街上燈太少人也很少，所以基本上也得靠tuk tuk 代步。 酒店大堂是沒有冷氣採取打開大門的風格，所以蚊子和蟲都很多。以前也住過類似的酒店，但至少他們會點蚊香或有其他方法驅蟲，但這裡是甚麼也沒有的。大堂的木長椅後還有一池很噁的髒水，也不知道是不是蚊蟲滋生的源頭。 我們訂的是三人房，但備品和拖鞋都只有2份，住了3個晚上，但床舖並沒有每天更換，只是把原來的重新舖好而已，朋友放在床上的頭髮在竪日還在原位；有次床上還有一隻小蟑螂...我們換下來放在床上的睡衣被隨意放在了小几上（正常不是應該摺好放回原位嗎？）還有其他的物品也被移位了。房間裡的wifi……

“COMPLETE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH.Local taxi from airport had trouble finding venue as address and map locations wrong. Finally found it due to drivers great work. Piseth was the contact on booking. On final arrival owner (not Piseth!) stated did not know he had a booking and had closed months earlier due to no bookings. Stated Piseth was the person who dealt with the website and bookings. I refused to leave until sorted. Tried to contact Piseth, the contact on booking- kept hanging up. Told……
