“Wonderful hotel. Clean, convinient location, nice staff, and good breakfast. We enjoyed sauna and hot tub after long hikes. Nice roof top taras with a mountain view (Giewont). Our apartment was big and had balcony with nice view. I would definetly come back.”

“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and……

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch hervorragend.”

“I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM. On site, the reception, was asking us to have dinner between 5:30 and 6 PM. After they would close the restaurant. We protest, saying it was too early as we had excursions planned. They refused to change……

“The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup.”
