「Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

「I stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. It’s situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. I didn’t use it but there is a kitchen on the floor we stayed on with microwave, fridge and other amenities , fab idea. We...

「雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。」
