「Staff admitted to a broken elevator and expected me as a 72 year-old man to lug a 45+ pound suitcase to the king room we reserved. They offered a two queen bed room on the first floor which I considered a downgrade but they considered an upgrade. Really? We registered our dissatisfaction and said we'd check out early the next morning and not stay the remaining 3 nights. When checking out I asked how to get a refund for the remaining unused nights and the hotel said to get with Expedia. We did,...

「Stayed a month after moving out of rental and into new home. Good sized room with king-sized bed, 2 desks/tables, 2 office chairs, and recliner. Our 3 cats were comfortable. No problems!」

「The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze 」
