“hotel looks like very old, door can not close properly , some noise from the the floor , outside is quiet, but not sure is it safety .”

“Apartment was great! Lots of sun during the day. If you plan to work from there, use a cushion. The chairs are not meant for all-day use. Takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, but it is nice and hot. The central courtyard has a pool with loungers and umbrellas and is perfectly sunny from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. There are a ton of small cafes and restaurants in the area with wifi, including a beautiful cafe right on the corner that serves great food! There's a convenience store on the same……

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. “El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.”
