"Very pleasant staff."

"This was our second time staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It never disappoints. A great value for the location and quality of property. It’s ideally situated in the heart of Waikiki. The pool is small but nice. This time we traveled with our 5 month old daughter. The crib we requested was in the room when we arrived and worked great. We spent extra for club access which included breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks, none of which was spectacular but we would still do it again to save needing to find coffee and breakfast each day. Laundry on site was necessary with a baby and cost about $10/load to wash and dry. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will continue to choose this hotel whenever we return to Waikiki. "

"Pretty busy area. Kind of noisy. A lot of homeless. Other than that great location. Close to the beach. A lot of good restaurants nearby. A lot of tours have pickup locations near the hotel."

"What an amazing hotel! We were in a specialty room and it was perfect for myself and 4 kids. The room was so clean and well equipped and the layout was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the free breakfasts—the cut fruit and yogurt parfaits were the best part! Also loved the miso station and the hot food. Location was fantastic—an easy walk to the beach and numerous shops and eateries nearby. The trolley stopped nearby for the Pink line and the zoo was across the street. Check in was easy and pleasant and we were given water bottles and able to borrow beach “supplies” for free during our stay."

"The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, recently decorated. We had a small balcony from which to observe the fireworks. Parking on the premises, accessible through the building elevators. The ramps in the lot are very narrow and have sharp turns. The staff is very responsive and even though there is no housekeeping for a 2 night stay, they brought us what we needed upon request. They were also able to handle our inadvertent movie charges. The TV/movie selections were not always easy to navigate."
